He also said that in all hospitals that will be equipped with the managerial autonomy card, doctors will have the opportunity to work overtime by offering extra service, for which they will receive 70% of the payment while the hospital itself receives 30%. .

"Today we are in another phase, entering a new chapter thanks to the fact that Memorial Hospital served to pilot managerial autonomy. We intend to open dual practice in these hospitals that will receive the managerial autonomy card. Doctors who provide service in these hospitals and are willing to provide service beyond regular working hours, offer extra service for a fee where 70% of the payment is taken by the doctor and 30% remains with the hospital.

In this way, it finally enters Europe in terms of the conception of the public system, as a system where doctors are not salaried, they are not forced to look left or right to go to the private sector where they can be paid more.
