The Parliamentary Committee for Culture, Tourism and Diaspora began work this Wednesday.
Democrat Jozefina Topalli, sitting in the parliament seats after eight years of separation, asked that the commission start by 'relaxing'.
She invited her colleagues on this committee to first have coffee together and get to know each other.
"I want to greet you and wish you good work, the presidents, the vice presidents, the young people. The beginning is a little emotional, I wish the two vice presidents good work. If you allow me, I think we should relax a little. It's the first day, let's introduce ourselves to each other.
Let's talk about who we are and who we are not, we will have a long road together. We will have as much time as we want.
"I apologize, I asked for a coffee when I came here. How about we all have a cup of coffee, vote on the calendar and wrap this up. Then we have time and we can do everything ," said Topalli.
