MP Flamur Noka also in today's session demanded an account from the Speaker Lindia Nikolla, why his name and that of some other MPs appear as outside the parliamentary groups.
He said that MPs are being arbitrarily assigned to which parliamentary group they will belong and warned that he will submit a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court.
But, after Nikola's answer, Flamur Noka got involved in a debate with insults with Enkeljd Alibeajn, without microphones.
"Don't do that to me, legen, because I'll show you and that other person, you're the grain of the legen" was heard by Enkelejd Alibeaj as he addressed Flamur Noka and Tritan Shehu.
