The deputy of the Democratic Party, Flutura Açka, brought to attention from the rostrum of the parliament the case of the girl from Librazhd, who was raped by her father-in-law.

Mentioning the threats received by the girl, the MP raised the question why the state did not react in relation to this case which it considers a barbaric event. At the same time, Accka made serious allegations, saying "this country is running out of sex" and that it pays "Sugar Girls" to foreigners at embassies and sheikhs.

"This state that pays according to the data of journalists, that is paid 800-1000 people, that are registered in institutions that do not appear in offices and are paid with Albanian taxes for sugar-girls and other prostitution trades to offer them many foreigners who come and go through the embassies, even the sheikhs up and down in Albania. What do you expect the girl to denounce to take action? "That girl escaped only from the fact that the cane was not automatic because now it would have been forgotten", stressed Açka.

"For several days we have been witnesses and actors of a bitter event against an Albanian woman. I am talking about the Librazhd incident, where I am an MP along with 13 other colleagues.

We have been very apathetic at this point. In my eyes no event is on the verge of primitivism, barbarism. Every mistake each of us makes is punished according to certain norms. But aman to put a woman in the center of the national boloria and the state represented by police worse than the family of a girl who tried to come out alive.

He enters her privacy without permission in muddy boots, beats her with a cane, removes blankets to see her naked and insults her, it is a crime. Reminding them of bread and cursing in the choir is a crime. They throw her on the internet to publicly embarrass her by not forgetting that she could be their sister or daughter, it is a crime. The ex-husband threatens to kill her, the brother threatens to kill her, it is a crime.

Where is the state? Or was the state intimidated by this betrayal of this girl. And who, this state that ends the wind of sex. This state that pays according to journalists, paid 800-1000 people, who are registered in institutions that do not appear in offices and are paid with Albanian taxes for sugar-girls and other prostitution trades to offer to foreigners many who come and go through embassies, even sheikhs up and down in Albania. What do you expect the girl to denounce to take action? "That girl escaped only from the fact that the cane was not automatic because now it would have been forgotten", said Açka.
