A few moments before the start of Bajram Begaj's voting as the 8th president of the Republic, Prime Minister Edi Rama left the country and went to meet him. After shaking hands with each other, the head of government did not return to his permanent seat but decided to sit among the Socialist deputies, until the moment it was his turn to vote.
But, MP Mimi Kodheli voted in front of him and encountered difficulties to come out, as Prime Minister Edi Rama had pushed the chair more than necessary, leaving no space between the rows, probably due to his length.
This moment was captured by the LSA camera and as seen in the following images, Mimi Kodheli seems to be trying to pass by the Prime Minister, who is talking to Etjen Xhafaj but the space is small, so he encounters difficulties.
