MP Erion Braçe has reacted after an incident at a Socialist Party office in Tirana, which the Democrats denounced as a "base where electoral crimes were committed."

He accused the Democrats of exerting pressure to scare the Socialists into not carrying out their activities and not voting. Brace said that the office in question was his electoral office.

"He is part of a criminal structure that has attempted to lock the socialists at home. Do you have any claim that I have affected even a single vote? No. Indictment is a very serious matter," said Braçe.

Belind Këlliçi from the Democratic Party has accused that an electoral crime was being committed there. He said that inside the office were two directors employed by the state, as well as other people, who, after being discovered by DP activists, gathered the lists and documents and quickly left.

"We received a tip that an electoral crime was being committed here. And we came to see. There were two directors, whom we have names for. And the moment we found the people inside, we asked them what they were doing? They immediately removed the lists, the documents, put them in their bags and ran away. Then Braçe came and declared that this was his electoral office," said Këlliçi.
