"How much morality does he have...?". Ilir Meta did not give an answer to this question, while he had just signed another political agreement to secure power again.

The toughest politician of the current opposition has a passionate relationship with power.

He is one of the longest serving deputies of the assembly, who was involved in a battle against the imprisoned former president of the SP Fatos Nano. After the socialists came to power in 1998, he ascended to the top of the executive power in the Majko-Meta government.

The political peace ended quickly and Meta, in an alliance with Nano, overthrows Majko from power and with the help of the former president is elected prime minister.

But the weight of political decisions shifted from the party to the prime minister and Nano started a battle against Meta.

The movement for catharsis ousts Meta from power, but that was not the end. Some time later, the fight between him and Nano breaks down and both see themselves in the government, but not for long.

Then another agreement with Rama to overthrow Nano, but in 2004 he was forced to leave on his own and create the Socialist Movement for Integration.

From this moment, a difficult journey in the opposition begins, but the ability to realize an agreement for power, makes Ilir Meta sit down and sign the most controversial political agreement until that moment with Sali Berisha.

Meta had directed his entire electoral vocation from Berisha, presenting himself as a true socialist. But with the 2009 agreement, he overcame the rainbow of the left and ascended to power again in an almost personal battle with the opposition Edi Rama.

January 21, 2011 happened for Meta's bloc, but Berisha's power candle oil was soon running out and Ilir Meta, in order to keep power, made another agreement at a dinner in Gjirin e Lalzi, which Berisha called the eel dinner.

Between Edi Rama and Meta, on April 1, 2013, the agreement was signed that kept Meta in power again, this time with the socialists, Meta was elected Speaker of the Assembly and started a story of peace and love with his ally Edi Rama, while the divorce with Berisha it was not easy.
