Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta reacted after the democratic deputy Belind Kelliçi expressed his ambition to run for the Municipality of Tirana. The head of PL, Meta emphasized that the name is not important, but the primary process will be the one that decides who is the best candidate.

' No name for any kind of function matters to us because the agreement is clear. For us, the process must be transparent, we will respect every primary election, we will choose the best candidates, despite the fact that we see that one is better than the other ,' said Meta.

While Berisha answered: "The candidates for Tirana will emerge from the primaries.
