NAMES: Abuse of the tender for the Kardhiq-Delvina road, who are the 10 persons accused by SPAK

SPAK has launched investigations into the abuses of the tender for the Kardhiq-Delvina road.

It is learned that there are currently 10 people suspected of abuse and who have been charged by SPAK: Sonila Qato; Elona Gogo; Simon Prendi; Arbër Troka; Arjana Hasani; Erdit Salillari; Almir Hoxhaj; Nikolaj Mihali; Miranda February; Admir Pahumi.

The Special Prosecutor's Office has found elements of the criminal offense of 'abuse of duty' and 'violation of equality in tenders'.

The investigation is for the 7th lot on the Kardhiq-Delvina road. Initially, it was the Supreme State Control that discovered the violations and referred the materials.
