The President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, reacted this Friday in relation to the statement of Prime Minister Edi Rama the day before on the removal of the barricades in the north of Kosovo.
The day before, Rama said that after 434 years, the meaning of the barricade entered the list of means of peaceful protest with the blessing of the EU and the USA.
"Something unheard of happened! The new meaning of the barricade came out, which after 434 years entered the list of peaceful protest tools with the blessing of the EU and the USA! We hope for the understanding of our strategic allies to disagree on this point. Absolutely!", emphasized Edi Rama.
Meanwhile, Vucic called this statement cynical.
"We think differently about Kosovo. I find it interesting how cynical his remark was. You remember that there were conflicts, so they killed policemen, even when you kill someone, you are not a murderer, but you get amnesty and become political wings. No one killed anyone here, people expressed their protest. Why should those who peacefully expressed their will not be able to do so?", said Aleksandër Vucic.
