The services that artificial intelligence will provide will be personalized according to the life circumstances of each individual and business.

Even services at both the central and local levels will be available through e-Albania .

Even health records will be reviewed in accordance with union requirements, and further included in the Diella system.

Artificial intelligence will be used in radiology for imaging, helping with diagnoses such as early-stage cancer, pulmonary, or cardiac diseases.

Procurement will also be automated through artificial intelligence but carried out according to EU legislation.

This aims to avoid human intervention and eliminate corruption, as stated in the program.

Diella will also have tax and customs systems under control to identify anomalies in real time.

It will also be at the center of national civil emergencies, identifying risks in real time.

AI will also be in the Co-Governance Platform that automatically analyzes complaints yesterday and suggests legal solutions and even recommendations for reforms.

Agriculture, food security, consulting, innovative solutions for administration, technology development and almost all areas will be included according to the program in this new ministry.
