The relations between Evi Kokalari and the former number two of the Democratic Party, Jozefina Topalli, do not seem to have been regulated yet.

It was Evi Kokalari who spoke first because in the Assembly on April 30 she said that Topalli had not greeted her and that Topalli usually avoids women.

In a post published on Facebook regarding the election of the new President, Kokalari "does not get angry" after he spoke again with pins to the former Speaker of Parliament.

"Aman, only make Majlinda Bregu President, because we will have a heart attack, Josie", she writes.

Neither has talked about this cold relationship between the two ladies who look close to Sali Berisha in his 'battle' to officially take over the PD.
