Some time ago, in Frakull of Fier, a cocaine laboratory was discovered, which was located in the apartment of the former mayor of Frakull, Viktor Červanaku. At the time of his arrest, he held the position of director of administration at OST.

Since that institution is subordinate to the Minister of Energy, Belinda Balluku, Berisha addressed the latter with a few words from the floor of the Assembly.

He asked her to say whether she went to prison to meet Viktor Cervanaku and what it has to do with cocaine. However, Balluku was not in the Assembly and there was no response from her.

Berisha also read the message of a digital citizen, who accused that the director of the cannabis greenhouses caught in Berat was directed by the director of the Police of this district, Edmond Targaj. And according to the digital citizen, Targaj told Minister Çuçi that he was following the orders of the official Arani Arapi who spoke to him on behalf of Çuçi.
