Prime Minister Edi Rama has published parts of the written reasoning of Judge Hazbi Balliu, regarding a confiscated building which was built without a permit, and the placement of the State Cadastre Agency in the building, after the building in which they were located was damaged by the earthquake.
Rama calls the "liberation" of the building without a confiscated permit a scandalous decision, emphasizing that the judge says that there is no evidence that ASHK cannot continue to stay in a building "where the ceilings and walls fall".
"Finally, Judge Balliu issued the written justification of his scandalous decision to take on defense the representative party of a building totally built without permission and confiscated in Tirana, where it was decided to settle the State Cadastre Agency, which for several years had been continuing to work in an old building seriously damaged by the earthquake", says the head of government, as he also publishes photos of the damaged building.
"How can prosecutors or judges of the republic be engaged in favor of illegal builders, this requires having access to the brain of prosecutor Gjeli or court Balliu, but how can a judge write that ASHK has no evidence that it cannot continue to stay in a building where ceilings and walls fall, this requires a heroic patience while waiting for the control and governance bodies of the judiciary to wake up from their increasingly dangerous sleep for the fate of the Justice Reform itself.
In the photo you have the (non-)reasoning of the Balliu court as well as the situation of the old ASHK building, which apparently for Balliu is normal as long as there are no victims", Rama concludes the reaction.
