Anuela Ristani breaks her silence: I am not Rama's confidant, here's what happened in the Municipality of Tirana

A decision by Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj to remove the powers of the acting mayor, Anuela Ristani, and delegate them to Sara Goxhaj made the rounds in the media, while speculation began that there was a strong clash between Veliaj and Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Veliaj himself, in a reaction this afternoon, stated that everything was a misunderstanding, redelegating the powers to Anuela Ristan.

Since this issue was discussed on the show "Opinion", Ristani reacted to journalist Blendi Fevziu after her name was mentioned during the debate.

She said that she does not trust Rama, as she was called in the studio, and that she first communicated with the prime minister when she was delegated the task.

He also said that no one in the municipality was "caught with fingers in their ears," adding that everything that happened with the delegation issue was a misunderstanding.

"I have a reaction from Anuela Ristani. Mr. Fevziu says sorry, but following you I notice that I am being slandered with untruths that it would be very easy for you to learn how untruthful they are. I am not Rama's confidant as they called me there because I had never communicated with the prime minister before receiving the delegation from Mayor Veliaj. And in the Municipality of Tirana, no one has been caught with "fingers in the ear", while the misunderstanding created by the impossibility of normal communication has nothing to do with today's media fireworks.
