The deputy of the Democratic Party, Saimir Korreshi , asked the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, why two standards were followed for the two cases, that of Arben Ahmetaj, who is on the run, and for Sali Berisha, who is under house arrest.

Korreshi said that a voluminous documentation with 1400 pages was sent to the Mandates Commission for Ahmatej, then his mandate was removed. As for Sali Berisha, no documentation has arrived.

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, refused to answer saying that they are matters under preliminary investigation and I cannot make any comment.

Saimir Korreshi: Why did SPAK maintain two standards regarding the last two cases, the case of Ahmetaj and Mr. Berisha. For Ahmatej, the documentation related to the evidence was sent, 1400 pages were made available to the Council of Mandates and then his immunity was removed and the security measure was taken. While security measures have been taken for Berisha and no documentation has arrived at the commission. Shouldn't SPAK maintain standardization for the matter in question?

Altin Dumani: Regarding the first question, these are matters under preliminary investigation and I cannot make any comments and I have nothing to share with you, honorable deputy.

Saimir Korreshi : How is it possible that in the last case of banning order for incinerators, we have no one banned? Are there any leaks on your end and why are they not being monitored?

Altin Dumani: Also the second question, the matter is under preliminary investigation, it is a complex investigation and I cannot share anything. When the moment is appropriate, there will be communication with the media and the public.
