The Prime Minister of the country, Edi Rama, announced that he has also discussed with other Balkan countries to introduce the unified primer for the part of the Albanian population.

From the Congress of Education, Rama announced that North Macedonia agrees in principle. Discussions have also been held with Montenegro and Serbia.
