The National Education Congress is being held in Tirana. During his speech, Prime Minister Edi Rama said that the challenges of quality education should be the focus of Albania.

The first of the government emphasizes that the National Education Congress brings together in a discussion space many actors in the field of education, including pre-university education, higher education, scientific research, agencies, local and international partners, representatives of civil society and donors in the field of education

According to Rama, Threat to language is a big threat and every passing day increases this threat. He has added that the forces that threaten the language are in invincible visibility.

Rama emphasized that the time has come for the Albanian language to be introduced at every level.

" A century has passed since the Congress of Manastirirt. We are here in a congress that is much more modest in weight than the Manastitir congress, but which, at its core, has the same concern. So the progress of the Albanian nation. Learning Albanian and education was the most powerful tool to gain independence. While today the protection of the Albanian language and education with the best contemporary standards is the most powerful tool to ensure continuity and prosperity. How will we protect the Albanian language? The answer is very simple ."

" It is a dizzying consumption to communicate. And the distance is zero. I believe that it is up to us to find ways and seek, through a broad dialogue between us, ways to strengthen the position of the Albanian language in this linguistic and communicative chaos that has involved the whole world and obviously we are also deeply involved ." said Rama.
