The beginning of this month found Arbana Osmani, mother of three children. On September 1, the moderator gave birth to her daughter, Zoin.
Since the beginning, the moderator has introduced her daughter to the public by sharing photos on social networks. Now that more than two weeks have passed since Zoi's birth, the moderator has found time to answer her followers' questions about postpartum health.
In Osmani's virtual interview as a woman who has just given birth to a child, there was no way to miss the interest in the extra kilos.
Asked how many kilograms she gained and lost during this period, Arbana said that this was one of the most frequently asked questions.
The moderator was careful to emphasize that she did not want to speak before, so as not to influence other women.
"Then this is the most frequent question, and until now I have avoided the answer, because I did not want to put pressure or make women and girls feel bad who during pregnancy experienced weight change with stress.
During my three pregnancies I gained about 10 kg. I took care to eat healthy from the first day to the last as the responsibility of raising a creature inside me was very big and I wanted everything to go well," said Arbana.
The moderator continued: "After the three births, I returned to my previous weight, but not to the previous lines. Which means the belly is always there along with the cellulite. Getting back in shape really takes time and sports and treatments which I don't have the time or opportunity to do right now, so we are far from the perfect body. But we're not upset because it's not like I had a model body before I had kids."
With Zoi's birth, Osmani's responsibility increased as there are now three children. Asked by a follower how she does it, she says:
"I am lucky to have help from my loved ones. I don't know what I would do without them."
Lack of sleep is a problem that all mothers share. As the mother of a newborn daughter, Arbana was asked about this.
But apparently this situation is not new for the moderator.
"I've been missing you for 7 years," Arbana Osmani concluded with a sad face.
