Ermali first revealed how he wrote his book.

"It is a book written in a very simple language. I disconnect, we have a beach house and I live alone. On rainy days especially, the idea explodes. It is a book where you have to understand the issues, rather there is a blank space where you can write, fill in the questions and give answers"

How did it all start, changing the way of thinking above all?

"For those who don't know and who are maybe going through a difficult time right now, a breakup, a loss, maybe they feel that there's something inside them that's talking to them and saying, 'Hey, you could be better than this. , you could do more and have more than that'. I believe that God, the Universe or infinite energy, this wonderful thing that created our planet and the universe has a very 'funny' way of giving you gifts, he packages them with a problem. This problem you are going through now that carries your greatest gift. The bigger the problem, the bigger the gift, but to get the gift you have to open the problem.

On one of these days when I was going through a really big problem, it was one of these days where you wake up and you won't get out of bed and you don't know why. When you start and do this every day it is no longer a luxury problem but depression. I didn't go to that point but I felt that I was very close and at this moment that you don't want anything to happen to you again someone told me about a motivational seminar. I went there and after that I attended another one then I 'eaten' every kind of book on personal development, on these motivational seminars and trainings and now that you know it as a function I understand that there are people who need to hear it that I would like to hear then"
