After a break of several years, Gentjan Pjetri, or as he is otherwise known by the nickname 'Doctor', returned to Albanian television screens, where he is currently co-presenter of a morning show on 'Kafe shqeto'.

After the sensational statement of his life where he showed a dark period that he had spent outside the profession, Pjetri has recently made another shocking statement. In a normal conversation with his guest, the comedian Uljad Bërdica, leaving the jokes behind, he said that he was adopted by a family in Shkodër and that he does not know his biological parents. 

" I am also adopted like you and for me the real parents are those who raised me and there is no one else but them. This is a confession that I have not told the man, and now it is the first time that I am making this confession public ."

Earlier, Gentjan Pjetri told about a dark period of his life, his addiction to alcohol. He confessed to 'Glamour Zone', said that the problems started when he was an only child and that in the moments when he was against everyone, he found solace in alcohol.
