In posts on the social media platform Snapchat a few days before his death, Liam Payne recounted details of his vacation in Buenos Aires.

He commented on horse riding, polo and watching his friend Niall Horan perform in Buenos Aires.

Videos he shared from the Oct. 2 concert show him dancing with girlfriend Kate Cassidy, waving to fans in the crowd and singing along to old One Direction hits.

He posted a selfie with Horan, and showed how proud he was of the Slow Hands singer.

Hours before his death, Payne posted on Snapchat saying, "It's a beautiful day here in Argentina," according to the BBC.
