Actor Gent Hazizi has recounted for the first time the tragic event that occurred in his family, the suicide of his brother.
Invited to the show "A Glass of Rose", Hazizi opened his heart for the first time to tell one of the events that have marked his life.
The actor said that his brother committed suicide when he was only 5 years old and that his parents decided to send him to school early so that he would forget about it. But Genti says that he remembers every detail, since the whole event happened before his eyes.
"I always have a picture of him, with my brother lying down... who had a rope of blood and it seemed to me as if I were to cut it off. He killed himself, a family tragedy, at that time he was working... he had a gun, he worked in the Second Directorate, which was called that at the time, I'm not going into details of what the story was, but I'm talking about myself, who saw him lying down and... I lived my whole life thinking that I died that day and everything seemed to me... I managed to forgive him after almost 25 years.
It was because my aunt in Italy told me, I was going to play Mark Antony and I was using the figure of my brother to talk about the dead Caesar. She told me 'you're wrong, even though the feeling is very strong, you're wrong because you haven't forgiven him', so she then put me in a state so that I could relive that story, then she said to me 'close your eyes, look at your brother one more time, forgive him and let him go'. I came out of that state, I said to her, "Who are you to do these things to me?", Hazizi said.
