I am the happiest man in the world. I am expecting a child. I have not "wanted to release it [as news] until today. Fifi is in a relationship with Adis Patushi, the ex-partner of Adrola Dushi, with whom the model also has a son, Troi. Fifi and Adisi confirmed their relationship in February of this year.
