A rare gesture of gratitude in Pristina has gone viral just hours before the historic final between Kosovo and Turkey.

A bar in the capital has decided to offer free tea and coffee to all Turkish fans who have traveled for this match.

The owner of the bar has put up a notice that reads: "Today rivals, but always friends! Free coffee and tea for all Turkish fans. You paid in 1999, today you have no obligation."

This message refers to the support that Turkey gave to the people of Kosovo during the war period.

The action aims to show that the friendship between the two peoples stands above the 90-minute sporting rivalry.
