The Kardashian family has faced situations of betrayal, and its leader is no exception.
On the Oct. 26 episode of "The Kardashians," Kris Jenner opened up about her betrayal of husband Robert Kardashian, father of Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob, and called it her "biggest regret" of her life.
Picking up from last episode when Khloé was discussing her split from her ex, Tristan Thompson due to cheating scandals, the conversation asks her mom what she was thinking when she cheated on her dad in the 80s.
Jenner said her decision was down to being " too young and too stupid ", as she was only 22 when she married Robert, who died in 2003. She said she "doesn't understand the consequences of your actions". ” when you are in a serious relationship at that age.
However, she cannot pinpoint the exact reason why she felt the need to act this way in her marriage.
"I don't know because he was a wonderful father and husband. I think I was in a situation where I thought the grass was greener somewhere else and I made a big mistake. this is my biggest regret in life".
Jenner follows up with an account of their post-divorce relationship that turned into a good friendship, something that made her regret the way their marriage ended. Although she regrets the betrayal, Kris tells her daughter that if she hadn't divorced him, she wouldn't have met Caitlyn Jenner and given birth to the two little girls.
"I know, I'm not proud of the way I behaved during that time. But you know what? Everything happens for a reason. I live thinking that God has a plan and without what happened, Kendall and Kylie would not have been born."
The head of the famous family has spoken about the betrayal in her book " Kris Jenner... And All Things Kardashian " about the betrayal where she shows that she was 33 years old when she met a 23-year-old with the nickname "Ryan".
