Edona James is one of the most commented residents of this edition of "Big Brother VIP Kosova". Edona has not hesitated to tell in detail about the gender change, but very little about her father, whom she said she has not met for years.

In an interview for RTV Dukagjini, Edona's father said that he has not met her for 23 years, but after Big Brother he would like to meet her.

"Her mother separated from me and took the children with her, she took both of them and made the papers for them in Germany. I was an asylum seeker, I couldn't do anything, they returned me to Kosovo, I continued my life, I got married and created another family, I have two sons with another woman", said Edona's father.

"He wrote to me two weeks ago, can I get him a passport, this was the last contact", said Edona's father regarding the contact with him.

He further stated that he has not met Edona for 23 years, the last meeting was when she was still a child.

"I haven't seen her since childhood, when she became a woman I haven't seen her, I haven't seen anything yet, since 2000, now it's 2023, so 23 years," he said.

Her father has not denied the desire to meet with her after her journey to BBVK.

"In Big Brother, I don't like to meet him, but after Big Brother, I like to meet him," he said.
