Luizi says that in Albania the situation is getting worse and worse, at a time when citizens increasingly want to leave, some by truck and some by dinghy.

According to him, the country is controlled by those who build towers and sell apartments from 7-10 thousand euros m2, like in no other country in Europe.

"Referring to INSTAT figures, births in Albania are disturbing numbers. It shows that people do not have the opportunity, nor the security to create a family. Are there a lot of people running out? There are not enough, those who run away with their studies, because their families can't afford it. Most of them flee in rafts and trucks, and we are working on the drugs of the whole of Europe. We are in the news every day. We are also passing Syria in asylum requests. This place has gone there no longer holds. No one is responsible. This place is not done. How it will be done no one knows. It hasn't been worse. There are people who have no bread to eat and every day there are towers that flourish in Tirana with 7-10 thousand euros m2. Who buys them? Who builds them? Day by day thriving these companies. I lived in Paris, I know the apartment prices there and I know how much they are at the lake. They are scary. They are double at the lake. Who buys them?
