Adult film actress Angela White has told an unusual story that happened to her while filming.

She said that she "almost died" as she revealed during a "podcast" what had happened to her.

The 39-year-old told "Pillow Talk" that she heard something explode inside her stomach, but she didn't understand it.

"I had been shooting with a colleague for over an hour. In the end I told her, I'm leaving, have a good time", she confessed.

White said that after two days she returned to her home in Australia.

"That's when I started having stomach pains, I went to the doctor and he told me that appendicitis had burst. It could have been fatal if I had neglected it even a little bit, I could have died," she said.

She said that after immediate treatment, she was able to rehabilitate and returned to the set again.
