Israel expects any Iranian missile attack to be large-scale.
Israel's military spokesman said on Friday that any rocket attack by Iran was expected to be large-scale and called on citizens to take shelter in safe rooms at such an event.
Rear Admiral Daniel Hagary, in a televised briefing, also said that a barrage of rocket attacks targeting the Tel Aviv region, which set off sirens, came from the Iran-backed Hezbollah group in Lebanon, Reuters reports.
That means the explosions in the last minutes could involve local weapons, not incoming rockets from Israel. The situation on the ground obviously is not very clear at the moment and we are reporting what we hear from reliable sources, not drawing lasting conclusions as to what is actually happening moment by moment.
