A four-year-old girl has been killed and her mother seriously injured after Russian missiles hit a town in central Ukraine.
Another 22 people lost their lives, including two more children, and over 100 others were injured in the attack in Vinnytsia.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has tweeted a video showing the last minutes of the life of Lisa Dmitrieva, who had Down syndrome.
" During the Russian terrorist attack in Vinnytsia on July 14, a little girl named Lisa died in the explosion ," it wrote on Twitter.
