Are "UFOs" new secret weapons of the USA or Russia?

We now know that UFOs are not secret Russian systems, several bloggers and analysts declared, after Russia's failed invasion of Ukraine failed to produce evidence of Moscow's advanced capabilities. Actually, we don't know for sure.

It is true that the so-called Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, or UAP, as the US military calls them, are likely not Russian. The most reliable alleged sightings have been those of US military pilots during training missions in airspace reserved for US military training operations.

If the objects are real and the product of some government, they are likely ours. But such technology would have a destabilizing risk, and would likely go undetected by any power that possessed it. If the mysterious sightings are what they appear to be – small, extremely fast and highly maneuverable flying objects – then they would immediately upset the decades-old balance established by nuclear weapons.

This is because the supposed unmanned systems can be used to quickly and completely destroy the enemy's nuclear forces, even without using nuclear weapons. In invading Ukraine, Russia has flirted with many strategic risks. And there would be much more than that, if it revealed transformative military capabilities.

China and India would be just as alarmed as the US and NATO, ending any barriers that now keep them nearly neutral in Russia's war. For those who haven't noticed, the UFO issue resurfaced with new urgency after the Pentagon's 2017 release of several videos recorded by American pilots of unexplained flying objects.

Last year, an unclassified report from the US Director of National Intelligence (DNI) said it could not solve the mystery. In May of this year, the Pentagon's chief spokesman called the congressional hearings on the matter "very important."

Obama's former CIA chief, John Brennan, stated in an interview with the media that the data so far suggests a "type of activity that some might say constitutes a different form of life." The DNI report cited 80 cases between 2004-2021 in which unexplained aerial phenomena were detected by multiple types of military sensors.

The supposed conclusion of our intelligence community: "Most reported UAPs probably represent physical objects." In an earlier post, I have explained why they are unlikely to be alien spacecraft due to space and time considerations.

Histeria masive është gjithashtu një mundësi, e nxitur nga fenomene të përditshme, shpjegimi i të cilave, nëse do të mësohet, do të ishte “i mërzitshëm”, siç thoshte dikur senatori Marko Rubio.

Tek e fundit shikimet e dokumentuara të UAP nga ushtria, janë vetëm një nëngrup i vogël pretendimesh të pashpjegueshme që vërehen në mbarë botën. Një histori kryesore ka të bëjë me dëshminë e personelit ushtarak amerikan, që pretendon se vizitorët e huaj kanë përdorur teknologjinë e botës tjetër për të çaktivizuar armët tona bërthamore.
