Aleksandar Arsenijovic, who has already been certified as a candidate for the mayor of Northern Mitrovica, has published a shocking video from Leposavici.

In the video published by Arsenijovic, you can see the moment when a citizen is hit by a moving car while the driver even records his action. He said that this happened in front of the police station. The reasons for his attack are not known.

Politician Arsenijovic has said that he is horrified by this case as he hopes that the suspect will answer for this crime.

"I am horrified by the scene in the municipality of Leposavic where a man (if it can be called that) tramples a man on the street in the absence of the police, fulfilling some of his personal whims. I hope that one day he will answer for this crime!", he wrote in the caption of the video.
