TOUCHING/ 20-day-old baby is rescued after 60 hours, mother's hair is found

After 60 hours of searching, a 20-day-old baby was miraculously pulled alive from the rubble in Hatay, Turkey, after the 7.9-magnitude earthquake that struck the country on the morning of February 6, killing thousands.

She was pulled out safely from the ruins of the apartment where she lived.

But what makes the tragedy touching is that in the images published by the rescue teams, it was noticed that the baby named Kerem Ağırtaş was holding his mother's hair in his hands.

Beyond the drama that has engulfed Turkey, Kerem was one more hope in the work of rescue teams to find other people alive.
