A sex scandal has been uncovered in Lantin prison, the largest prison in Belgium.

According to foreign media, the news has caused a stir in the media in Belgium and is causing many reactions.

It is reported that the scandal involved prison officials, men and women who participated in group meetings inside and outside the prison. Also, the sudinfo website informs that among the names related to the case is that of a 30-year-old municipal councilor.

In particular, there is talk of a total of ten employees, including three women, who, when organizing meetings outside the prison, chose the house of one of the participants, on the grounds that it had a large jacuzzi.

The man, known only by the initials 'P', hosted sex parties at his home where guests randomly chose colored bracelets to determine who would have sex with whom.

'P', according to the Brussels Times, had also had sexual relations with a prison inmate, an act that was noticed and for which he was expelled.

The officers involved seem to have been unable to keep their appetites even during working hours. According to a Sudinfo report, a high-ranking official lent his office to a woman identified as "P" so that she could have sex with other people.

"From 6am she made it clear that if she didn't have sex, she wouldn't be able to work," a source told local media.

The person in question even reported that the hiring of 'S' had caused a stir among the staff, as the woman had a brother who was incarcerated in the same prison.

"There were many discussions because we did not understand how she could have been employed in Lantin, since her brother was serving his sentence in that prison for the murder of a homosexual", says the source. "Her recruitment fell like lightning. She went from 'inmate visitor' to prison worker overnight."

In the meantime, it is reported that the investigations related to this case are ongoing, in order to make possible the full investigation of the incident.
