The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has spoken again about the Israel-Iran conflict, as he posted on his social media page, Truth Social.
While on his way to the NATO summit in The Hague, he wrote that both Iran and Israel wanted to stop the war equally.
"Both Israel and Iran wanted to stop the War, equally," he wrote.
Trump further added, giving himself credit, that he was honored to destroy all of Iran's nuclear facilities and capabilities and then stop the fighting.
"It was my great honor to destroy all nuclear facilities and capabilities, and then, to STOP THE WAR!"
Meanwhile, Trump has also revealed an important detail from a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During a statement to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump spoke about an offer he said Putin made to him.
“Vladimir called me and asked me if I needed help with Iran,” Trump said. “I said, ‘I don’t need help with Iran, I need help with you on Ukraine.’”
Trump stressed that direct dialogue with the Russian leader is essential to stopping the war in Ukraine, a conflict that has caused thousands of casualties and shaken global stability.
