99.44% of votes counted in Kosovo, LVV maintains lead

As the vote counting process in Kosovo nears its end, it is learned that 99.44% of the votes have been counted so far.

According to reports issued by the CEC, a total of 2,484 out of 2,498 ballot boxes were counted.

As has been reported so far, the list is led by the Vetëvendosje Movement, which has 297,296 votes or 42.92%.

While second in the ranking is the Democratic Party of Kosovo, PDK with 145,856 votes or 21.06%.

The Democratic League of Kosovo, LDK, received 121,976 votes or 17.61%.

AAK has 49,705 votes or 7.18%. Srpska Lista has received 42,761 votes or 6.17%. LVV in Gjakova has 48.72% of the votes.

The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo counts 27.49 percent, the Democratic League of Kosovo with 12.38 percent and the Democratic Party of Kosovo with 6.97 percent.

In Gjilan, LVV has 54.18 percent of the votes, LDK has 22.04 percent, PDK 14.91 percent and AAK has received 3.22 percent of the votes.

LVV in Mitrovica counts 60.53 percent of the votes. PDK ranks second with 26.02 percent, LDK is third with 9.14 percent and AAK with 1.78 percent.

In Peja, LVV counts 42.73 percent of the votes. LDK counts 25.82 percent, AAK 15.17 percent and PDK 8.82 percent.

In Pristina, LVV received 48.90 percent of the votes. LDK has 24.44 percent, PDK 19.05 percent and AAK 5.13 percent.

In Prizren, LVV has 44.07 percent of the vote. PDK counts 22.12 percent, LDK 12.51 percent and AAK 3.05 percent of the vote.

In Ferizaj, LVV received 53.81 percent of the votes. PDK 24.76 percent, LDK 14.82 percent and AAK 2.64 percent.

Nearly 2 million citizens of Kosovo were eligible to vote, which were organized after the Assembly's failure to elect a president, but since these were the third elections in a row, after the first two failed, participation was low.

However, the elections were held without incident.

At 19:00, the voting process for the early parliamentary elections held yesterday in Kosovo ended.

As of 09:00 yesterday, 3.06% or 59,890 voters had voted. As of 11:00, 8.49% or 166,418 voters had voted. As of 13:00, 15.86% or 310,945 voters had voted. As of 15:00, 22.97% or 450,264 voters had voted. As of 17:00, 29.28% or 573,825 voters had voted. As of 19:00, 36.88% or 722,924 voters had voted.
