The diaspora joins in - Thousands of Albanians gather on the 21st day of protest

Thousands of citizens have gathered in Tirana on the 21st day of protest against Edi Rama's government.

The rally was also joined by participants from the diaspora, who are particularly in support of the revolt that has been going on for days.

As in previous days, the protest began with citizens gathering in Skanderbeg Square, then moving towards the Prime Minister's Office, where speeches will be held. The protesters' demand remains the resignation of the Prime Minister.

The presence of the diaspora at the protest is considered a message of solidarity and support for the protesters, showing that the echo of civic discontent has transcended the country's borders and has also mobilized Albanians living abroad.
