On Friday, Montenegro faced one of the worst criminal events in its history. An armed person executed 10 people including children, and injured 6 others.

Crying, panic, a chaotic situation and a killer shooting randomly, that's how it was yesterday in Cetinje, says Radio Montenegro journalist Milena Stanojević, who yesterday reported on the tragedy in which 11 people were killed.

"The situation was chaotic, women were crying, people were panicking, they said that the man was armed and was shooting at every corner that came his way," says Milena for TVCG.

She states that she tried to approach the scene to see what was happening, but the police did not allow her.

According to her, at first it was not understood what was happening and she adds that the police were also unclear.

"There was no official information from the prosecution and the police until late yesterday evening," Milena recalled.

The city of Cetinje, the place where the tragedy happened, is still in disbelief today. This morning in the streets of the city there was silence and sadness, because words, they say, are superfluous. Meanwhile, a man spoke about the killer, reports index.hr.

" He fired over 100 bullets. He shot with a carbine ," said a resident of the area.

As the cause of the massacre, the citizen said that the killer recently bought a security camera and saw that someone was stealing things from the yard.

"He was cold-blooded, from an honest family. Who knows who he killed," said the man.

A colleague of Borilović stated that " Vuk has worked in the National Park for more than five years and was the head of the environmental hygiene service, in charge of park maintenance, he was a diligent and hardworking man, but recently it was noticed that he was withdrawn, he was like a lone wolf. He would come to work, do what he had to do, and then isolate himself by distancing himself from his colleagues. He was a colleague and a friend who did everything in life to help those he loved ," he told Pobjeda.
