The former Miss was killed by her mother-in-law! Footage emerges of her shooting

New details have come to light from a serious incident recorded in Mexico a few days ago, which left former Miss Mexico Carolina Flores Gómez dead at the age of 27.

According to a video widely shared online, the model was shot to death by her own mother-in-law, inside her apartment in front of her husband and 8-month-old child.

The model's mother-in-law fled the house immediately after committing the crime, while the police are still searching for her. Local media have reported that the main reason why she decided to commit the serious crime was because her daughter-in-law had upset her after taking away her "love", that is, her son, however this detail has not been confirmed by local authorities. The model's partner himself, identified as Alejandro, accused his mother of killing Flores Gómez.

Friends, family and hundreds of supporters gathered today in a peaceful march to demand justice for the model's murder.

Flores Gómez has previously competed in beauty pageants and was crowned Miss Teen Universe Baja California in 2017.
