The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has been invited by the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, today at 09:30, to appear before this institution to testify in the state reserves case, in which Minister Rozeta Hajdari and businessman Ridvan Muharremi are implicated.
This invitation has been sent to Prime Minister Kurti since December 12, but it is not yet known whether he will appear before the Prosecutor's Office.
Government Spokesperson, Përparim Kryeziu, criticized the justice system for interfering in the electoral process.
" In the past elections, there was a court decision that prevented [Kurti] from running in the February 14, 2021 election, and now, through this invitation, an attempt is being made to influence the outcome of the 2025 elections ," he wrote without providing further details.
