Serbian President Aleksandar Vu?i? has declared that he no longer communicates with internationals, who, as he says, wish Serbia harm.
In this context, during his stay in Shid, he mentioned the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos.
"You see I have stopped talking about Marta Kos. I will not say a word about her," Vu?i? said, according to Serbian media.
To the comment of those present that he should still talk to her, considering the fact that he is the President of Serbia and Kos is the EU Commissioner responsible for enlargement, Vu?i? responded in critical tones.
"What else should I talk about? What should I talk about with those who lie about Serbia? What should I talk about? However, it is important to me that Serbia is on the European path."
A few days ago, the European Union suspended financial support for Serbia after warnings it issued against Belgrade for interference in the judicial system.
Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos stressed that Serbia will not be able to receive financial support from the Growth Plan until it addresses all concerns reported to the judiciary.
Marta Kos noted that a country that is a candidate for membership in the European Union "cannot sit on two chairs and that at some point Serbia will have to make a choice."
We remind you that Kos will make her first visit to Kosovo on Friday, May 15th.
