In a month or two, the world could enter a conflict of a scale not seen since World War II.
This is what Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said in an interview with the Serbian public broadcaster Radio Television of Serbia. According to him, the conflict in Ukraine can be joined by a big war.
"I suppose that from the stage of a special military operation we are approaching a major war, and now the question is where are the limits and whether we will go after a while, maybe after a month or two, to a major world conflict, as we haven't had it since World War II," he said.
Vucic, who is in New York for the UN General Assembly, said he expects further complications in Russia and China's relations with the West.
"I expect that everything we will see in the next period will further complicate the relations between the West and Russia, but also between the West and China," he said, among other things.
As for Kosovo, Vucic warned that another country is getting ready to withdraw its recognition of independence. He also clarified that in the meeting of the leaders of the Western Balkans with the high representative of the European Union for foreign policy, Joseph Borrell, there was a common position with the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama.
