The Court of Appeal has rejected the request of the lawyers for the release from custody of the nurses who abused the elderly woman in Peja.

The Court of Peja, on November 2, approved the prosecution's request for the appointment of a detention measure of 30 days for AP, AR, and RK, involved in the case where an elderly woman was seen being physically abused in a center for the elderly in Peja.
