The Kosovo Police announced that during the raid in a house in the north of Mitrovica, they found and seized a quantity of weapons.

The Deputy Director of the Kosovo Police for the North, Veton Elshani, said that an AK-47 weapon, two M-75 hand grenades, two radios, 2 bulletproof vests, military bags, hats and gloves, maps, spray and also a camouflage scarf were seized. . 

Two persons, AJ (1992) and VJ (1978) have been declared wanted. 

"Today around 1:00 p.m. after receiving information that there may be narcotic substances in a certain place in North Mitrovica, the Kosovo Police conducted a raid. During the raid in this house, the Police encountered and seized: 1 AK-47; 2 M-75 hand grenades; 2 Radio communication; 2 Bulletproof; Hat; Gloves; Military Bag; Empty magazines filled with pistol cartridges; Map; Waist belt; Spray; Knife; Camouflage scarf etc. Two suspicious persons, one with the initials AJ, born in 1992, and VJ, born in 1978, have not been found at home, but have already been announced as wanted persons," said Elshani.
