This is a small fragment of Ulsi Manja 's first media appearance as Minister of Justice to publicly denounce the corruption of the inspectors of the National Food Authority in the Fier region.

As the head of the institution that handles the anti-corruption unit of the Government, Manja promised the citizens who denounce any corrupt affairs of the officials in this unit that they will find justice.

But, if according to the words of Ulsi Manja, the AKU inspectors in Fier, who benefit from the official's position, are leeches, then the Minister of Justice himself is the chief leech.

On January 10, 2018, the company " General Green Energy " was registered at the National Business Center , with NIPT L81310062A. The company currently has four shareholders.

The largest shares are owned by the company ' Ylberi ' with 67 percent. 20 percent of the shares are owned by Paulin Rajta , the man of Ulsi Manjë and currently the director of the Prison Police. Citizen Musa Selami owns 10 percent of the shares and Kladjola Spahiu owns 3 percent .

Of the founders of the company, only Paulin Rajta still owns shares in 'General Green Energy'. The other two founding shareholders have left the company…at least officially.

According to the deed of establishment dated December 21, 2017, which the company has filed with the CCA, its founders, in addition to Paulin Rajta with 33 percent, are citizens Blerta Abrija with 33 percent and Flamur Ndreka with 34 percent.

Nga të dhënat e depozituara në QKB më 16 nëntor të 2018-ës transferon 33 për qind të aksioneve që ka në këtë kompani te kompania “Primo Security Solutions”.

Duke iu referuar po të dhënave të QKB-së, kompania “Primo Security Solutions”, me NIPT L18322701N, rezulton në pronësi të Blerta Abrijas me 54 për qind të aksioneve dhe të Hasan Abrijas, babai i Admir Abrijas, me 46 për qind të tyre.

Transaksionet e dyshuara për të fshehur pronësinë reale të kompanisë vijojnë edhe më tej.

Tre muaj pasi mori aksionet nga Blerta Abrija, kompania ‘Primo Security Solutions’, ku aksionere kryesore është sërish Blerta Abrija ja shet aksionet e veta kompanisë ‘Ylberi’. Kompania është themeluar që në vitin 2000 dhe është në pronësi 100 për qind të shtetasi Ylber Çupi.

Mes aktiviteteve që regjistron në QKB është edhe ai në fushën e kromit në Bulqizë por edhe në Martanesh.

Në ekstraktin historik të QKB-së për kompaninë ‘General Green Energy’ të dhënat e fundit që janë depozituar janë të qershorit 2020, jepen detaje me transfertat e aksioneve të Blerta Abrijas dhe të Paulin Rajtës, por nuk ka asnjë të dhënë për aksionet e Flamur Ndrekës, shoferit personal të Ulsi Manjës, gjithashtu dibran si ministri i Drejtësisë.

Por, veç sipërmarrjes në fushën e energjisë së pastër, shoferi dhe patrioti i Ulsi Manjës rezulton pronar edhe në një biznes tjetër. Ai zotëron gjysmat e aksioneve të kompanisë ‘Dibra F&P’.

Gjysmën tjetër të aksioneve i zotëron shtetasi Patriot Ndreka. Kompania ka si objekt edhe transportin kombëtar dhe ndërkombëtar të mallrave dhe pasagjerëve.

Kjo është lista e bizneseve të njerëzve të afërt dhe bashkëpunëtorëve të ngushtë të Ulsi Manjës dhe ndoshta edhe arsyeja se përse gjendja e sigurisë nëpër burgjet shqiptare, degradimin e të cilës e tregoi ngjarja e Peqinit.
