In the last few days since the announcement by Prime Minister Rama that all public office services will now be available online through the E-albania system, the latter has suffered from malfunction and slowing down very high.

Recall that the portal "e-Albania" administered by the National Agency for Information Society is not responding to user requests. Many citizens have denounced in the media that the application has a problem and does not respond to citizens' requests.

According to them, the website "e-Albania" is not received in time and access is very difficult, the National Agency of Information Society led by Mirlinda Karçanaj, has concluded a series of tender contracts for computer maintenance services. During the period March-April 2022, this Agency has awarded 4 tenders for the maintenance of the system in the amount of 3.5 billion ALL.

Thus, in the tender closed in March 2022, about 800 million ALL will be awarded for the re-examination of some international ISO standards and the audit for conformity to "eIDAS" for the trusted services. The winner of this tender was announced "FIRST" sh.pk.

While in the closed tender at the end of April will be given about 600 million ALL for "Infosoft Systems" sh.pk and "I kub INFO" sh.pk for the maintenance of 209 electronic services in the portal "e-Albania".

Po i njëjti bashkim operatorësh ka fituar në mes të marsit të këtij viti edhe tenderin për mirëmbajtjen e sistemit për dokumentet elektronike, duke ofruar gati 820 milionë lekë.

Për “rinovimin e mirëmbajtjes së sistemeve të sigurisë të implementuara pranë AKSHI-t” do të shpenzohen afro 1,3 miliardë lekë, apo mbi 1 milion euro. Tenderi i marsit të këtij është fituar nga “IMPACT” sh.p.k. Por, paratë e taksapaguesve shqiptarë që derdhen lumë nga AKSHI nuk i ka mjaftuar kësaj agjencie qeveritare për të përmirësuar shërbimet ndaj qytetarëve.

Çfarë thoshte drejtoresha e Agjencisë Kombëtare të Shoqërisë së Informacionit (AKSHI), Mirlinda Karçanaj pak kohë më parë për lehtësitë që sjell kalimi nga sportelet fizikë në ato online për qytetarët.

“Të gjitha aplikimet që deri tani nuk dihej fare kur e merrje përgjigjen, do të jenë me nënshkrim elektronik ose vulë elektronike, por dhe do të monitorohen në kohë reale. Nga eksperienca e deritanishme dhe nga shifrat, ne flasim me shifra, pensionistët e kanë përdorur platformën ‘e-Albania’ shumë mirë. Në pandemi ishin përdoruesit kryesorë dhe rezervonin javët e tyre për dalje. Aplikimet për pensione arritën në 1.6 milionë përdorime të këtyre shërbimeve që bëhen nga moshat e treta, fermerët e moshuar gjithashtu që aplikojnë në ‘e-Albania’”, u shpreh Karçanaj.

There have been many citizens who have denounced with photos and videos near our editorial office the problems with the non-functioning of this portal. Mirlinda Karçanaj stated that the services without counters will give tips to the queues, as well as will facilitate the citizens but forgot to say that they will increase the tenders.
