Former President Ilir Meta is the spy who is hidden in the file with the initials IM "Illyridium Media Group" says that he has secured the complete file of the State Security.

In the file dated March 12, 1990, it is stated that Filip Talo, born in 1960 in the city of Lushnje, previously unconvicted and a student in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana, was recruited as an insurance agent after Ilir's denunciations Metaj and Ilir Murat, students in the same class as Filip Talon.

"The Filip Talo object was taken into preliminary processing on 23.01.1989 on the basis of the denunciations of students Ilir Murati and Ilir Metaj and their authenticity with operative technique, on 23.04.1989 it was raised to active processing, where it turns out that Flilip Talo tends escape abroad", it is written in the file.

The file contains full details of how, after Ilir Metaj's denunciation of the escape plan, Filip Talo was put under the pressure of the State Security, accepting both the 'hostile plan and becoming a collaborator of the Security'.

"Filip Talo tells Ilir Metaj that...'I would escape, that's how they calculated it...that he didn't need to know more, that he shouldn't discuss it with anyone. That there were five friends, but that Ilir Metaj did not know them directly, that there was another one that Metaj did not know at all", the State Security transcript states.

The file states that Sigurimi provided Ilir Meta with a wiretap to record the next conversation with Filip Talon. The next conversation was not long in coming. 

Filip Talo had thought of escaping from Saranda in the direction of Greece. According to the insurance document, Ilir Metaj was informed by Talo himself about this and asked him how. During the conversations, Talo told him about a soldier who would help him cross the border. From Ilir Meta's dialogue with Filip Talon, it is understood that the former President asks them for more information, in an attempt to learn the identity of the soldier. But Philip Talo cut him short, saying that he had not yet told the soldier anything about the plan in question.

The file in question refutes all the alibis of Ilir Meta, who says that he is not Ilir Metaj of the IM file. It contains in detail all the doubts raised by the Files Authority regarding this matter.

Its publication is the best proof that even today, 30 years after the fall of communism, the former Sigurim not only has not slept, but has reached the top of political power, as in the case of Ilir Meta, or Ilir Metaj since for three decades he became a deputy, Prime Minister, minister, Speaker of the Assembly and finally the President of the Republic.
