SPAK records another investigation into Meta, this time involved by The

SPAK has launched another criminal proceedings against Ilir Meta and Monica The Great, which includes this time the brother of The Great Brother-in-Law of Meta, Drini The Great. The proceeding carries number 137 charges of abuse of office, corruption and money laundering against Ilir Meta, Monica the Great and The Great Drini.

The proceedings have been launched after the ascension of Adriatic journalist Doci. The journalist says he has accompanied the escalation with evidence and supporting facts, which he says confirms the enrichment of the Great Metby by abusing public office and concessions.

"On 27 July 2022, after my interest, I was informed that SPAK, on 25 July 2022, SPAK recorded criminal proceedings No. 137, for devotion of duty, Corruption and money laundering: In response to your request for information from the Special Prosecution, we inform as follows: On the basis of the escalation of Adriatic citizens Doci, against citizens Ilir Meta, Monica The Chief, Drini The Chief and Nuri Peti, dated 25.07.2022, the Special Prosecution has registered criminal proceedings No.137, for criminal acts envisaged by articles 248, 259 and 287, of the Penal Code," the journalist says.

The escalation is based on ten main points, related to the fat payments of Drini The Great as part of the vehicle co-payment company, SGS.

Drini The Great received 36 million dollars or about USD 360,000 from the salary-shaped SGS co-audage company during the period 2013-2020, with the mechanical engineering function.

He received a salary several times higher than other engineers, even in a period of time, higher even than the CEO of the SGS himself, a case that is perhaps unique in the Balkans. In fact, monica's brother's salary results in 385,000 money/month or about USD 4 thousand per month, while the company's CEO Alexandros Michail pays 351,467 dollars.

Over the course of 7 years, Drini The Great has gone to work only a few days, raising reasonable doubts that Monica's brother was paid by the SGS, in order that Meta would not require the implementation of the contract and the realization of investments, through the Ministry of Transport, which the LSI controlled.

In September 2013, Ilir Meta and Monica The Great would fully take control of the Ministry of Transport and the Directorate of License Plates and Patents, through their two trustees, Edmond Haxhinasto as minister and Star Spahiu as director, the latter with files in SPAK. On November 21, 2013, Drini The Great began work as a simple mechanical engineer near the SGS, but on a dastardly salary. The Ministry of Transport was responsible for monitoring the implementation of the concession considered scandalous. While Monica The Great's brother came to receive a higher salary from the SGS than the Albanian head of state, the company was not troubled by the ministry controlled by Meta and Monica, although it violated obligations stemming from the contract, especially with investments.

As if seven years of salary worth about USD 4 thousand per month were not enough, Monica The Great's brother, Drini The Great, has also received unusual value bonuses from the sgs concession company of vehicle co-ordination, near which he turns out to be employed as a mechanic. Drini The Great, in December 2020, at the end of the monopoly concession contract for car-making, received from the SGS a reward worth 3.2 million dollars or about 30 thousand USD.

Në vitet 2015 dhe 2016, Drini Kryemadhi ka kaluar rreth 13 mijë USD në llogaritë e LSI-së. Pra, nga njëra anë merrte para nga SGS-ja që favorizohej nga Meta, nga ana tjetër financonte partinë e drejtuar nga Meta. Nga ana tjetër, Monika Kryemadhi deklaron se vëllai i saj Drini Kryemadhi, në vitin 2009 i ka shlyer një overdraft me vlerë 20 mijë euro. Nuk dihet burimi i parave të Drini Kryemadhi për blerjen e aksioneve në kompaninë e ndërtimit 180 mijë USD dhe 20 mijë euro për shlyerjen e borxhit për Monika Kryemadhin.

Kallëzimi ngre dyshimet se kompania koncesionare e kolaudimit të automjeteve (2009 – 2020) nuk ka përmbushur kontratën e firmosur me Ministrinë e Transporteve, sidomos për investimet. Kompania mori asetet e DPSHTRR, i futi një të lyer pikave shtetërore të kolaudimit, mblodhi miliona euro dhe iku.

Gjatë periudhës 10-vjeçare, Ilir Meta ka kontrolluar plotësisht dhe pjesërisht 7 vite Ministrinë e Transporteve dhe drejtorinë e patentave dhe targave, përmes Edmond Haxhinastos dhe Ylli Spahiut. Pse përfaqësuesit e LSI-së pjesë e ekzekutivit nuk morën masa ndaj SGS që të përmbushte detyrimet kontraktore? Duket qartë se SGS ka përdorur vëllanë e Monika Kryemadhit si mburojë për t’i shpëtuar llogaridhënies, kontrollit dhe masave për shkeljen e kontratës. Meqenëse SGS paguante vëllanë e Monikës, të besuarit e Metës, Haxhinasto dhe Ylli Spahiu, nuk mund të mbronin interesin publik para interesave private të SGS-së.

Disa muaj pasi u punësua në SGS, vëllai i Monika Kryemadhit, Drini Kryemadhi, në 13 maj 2014, i blen Maksim Demnerit 45 për qind të aksioneve të kompanisë së ndërtimit Tirana DKT, me vlerë rreth 180 mijë USD. Tre muaj më pas ia dhuron aksionet vjehrrit të tij, Nuri Peti. Në 17 janar të 2018, Nuri Peti ia dhuron aksionet sërish dhëndrit Drini Kryemadhi, duke i kthyer qokën. Kompania rezulton herë me humbje dhe herë me fitim modest, por dyshohet se ka shërbyer si maskë për lëvizjen dhe mbulimin e parave.
Ka dyshime të forta se kompania e ndërtimit Tirana DKT është futur në marrëdhënie financiare me SGS dhe se Nuri Peti i ka kaluar shuma të mëdha parash dhëndrit, Drini Kryemadhi, vëllait të Monikës.

“Meqenëse raportet financiare mes Nuri Petit dhe Drini Kryemadhit si dhe mes SGS dhe Tirana DKT konsiderohen nga bankat si konfidenciale, u takon organeve ligjzbatuese për të zbardhur këtë hallkë të fundit të këtij zinxhiri të lëvizjeve të parave”, shkruan gazetari Doçi.

Shtetasi Nuri Peti rezulton se ka disa transaksione me familjen e Drini Kryemadhit (të gjitha kalime fondesh nga Nuriu te Drini). Më 26.05.2011 Drinit i është kredituar llogaria me 60.000 Euro. Përshkrimi i transaksionit është: Kalim fondi nga Nuri Peti.Më 15.05.2012, Manjola Kryemadhit (bashkëshortja e Drinit) i kreditohet llogaria me 20.000.000 lek si kalim fondi nga Nuri Shaqir Peti. Më 24/04/2017 Nuri Peti i jep borxh Drinit 40.000 Euro. “Ku i mori paratë Nuri Peti?”, pyet gazetari, një pyetje që duhet t’i japë përgjigje SPAK.
