Prime Minister Edi Rama admitted that even today there are constructions without permission, but he blamed the justice system, which according to him is a shame. During a communication on social networks, while answering the citizens' questions, Rama said that if he would allow the builders to build towers without permission, he would take them for himself and not for the state.

4600 meters of the tower in the center of the capital named "Eyes of Tirana" was donated by the owner of the building who refused to demolish the additional floors, as well as refused to buy this addition and pay the fine for it.

But how much does the state benefit from the 'Eye of Tirana':

Today, with the reference price, 1 square meter costs 1250 euros, the floors seized by the state cost 5.8 million euros. With the market price ranging from 1800 to 2200 euros m2, the seized addition has a value between 8 million and 10 million euros.

And if the area taken will be evaluated at the price of an environment that is given for business, it is worth from 16 to 23 million euros.

This area, according to Prime Minister Rama, will be released for housing residents who have been affected by local projects. But what stands out is how it is possible that Prime Minister Rama did not see this palace when he won the third governing mandate and organized the victory party.

After the sequestration by the government, the company "Ideal Construction shpk" decided to donate to the state the unauthorized addition of 4646 square meters, which will be used for public interest. Meanwhile, three other buildings have been seized.

Seized palaces

Yesterday, the building on 'Myslym Shyri' street in Tirana was seized, after it had built 2700 additional square meters without permission, by the firm 'Arb Trans 2010' with administrator Shyqyri Maloku and former partner until 2018 Arben Malokun, former administrator of Zall Herri.

On the other hand, the 9-story building of the businessman, Julian Morina, built without a permit, was seized.

While the other unauthorized addition was in a building under construction in the Farka area of Tirana, with an area of 1,200 square meters. Additional floors were built without permission in the building owned by businessman Pëllumb Salillari./ VoxNews
